Well for starters, nobody in the building works. At least 75% of the tenants are unemployed,or on some kind of government assitance. While the other 25% of us work hard and barely make it from paycheck to paycheck. While the residents don't mind their own business. Obviously due to their boredom, and think that us hard working residents should feel bad and so when pity isn't given they tell managment stories they've concocted which leads to managment involvement. Managment is another problem they like, listen and act upon make believe stories and are entertained by these complaints. Equal fair housing''''''''' What a joke. Managment that's a joke in itself. They are never available during office hours, maintinence seems as a chore when in fact a responsibility, professionalism obviously overlooked when chosing office staff. This building could be great if managments stop putting neighberhood watch flyers in a secured building and started cleaning the puke up that was in the stairwell for 3 days or fix the shattered glass encasement for the fire extinguisher was covered instead of left for any child, adult or guest to harm themselves because it wasn't taped off for the 3 months it took to replace and while the non working people who live here are obviously catered with amenities such as a simple lit up button showing the floor number came second to tenants and guests safety rather than replacing elevator buttons and shattered glass to fire extinguisher encasement. Multitasking not a quality by office staff yet our neighboring McDonald's employees practice daily. Is this housing fair''' Maybe, maybe not but I will leave on this note, training class is highly suggested and respect your neighbors privacy and respect yourself, find business of your own and get the hell out of mine. If you had a life you wouldn't give a hoot about what everyone else was or wasn't doing. I seriously recommend a SEERIOUS CHANGE.
