Cortland Village

Great experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/13/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   We lived in Cortland Village for only nine months, and the management worked with us to create a nine-month lease. Additionally, they offered us two months free rent during that time, one of which due to a management error. I feel that the management was interested in keeping us happy, even BEFORE we had moved in. The apartment was nice, and there were no pest problems. However, like many Oregon apartment complexes, there is a mold problem.
