Mr Long time resident. Wait till you move out.


That's what I thought. I lived there for 5 years. Seen 4 different management companies. Current one is by far the worst. Lynn and her team is a nightmare when you leave. Pure crooks of the highest order. Just Be careful.

They are SENDING HUGE BILLS TO THE PEOPLE WHO MOVE OUT.
They send you a maintenance bill worth the cost of the unit. You'll be charged for everything under the sun. Extremely rude and uncooperative. The pervious management(s) were better and accomodative. Bad maintenance service. Your work order will be lying there for weeks and nobody cares. You need to remind them repeatedly do get anything done.

Who would post such a ridiculous long response like the one above if not from management? Nice job Lynn. I still live here but am ignored every time I enter the office so who is being educated? When can I sign up for the classes!!!
