BEWARE OF THE ELECTRIC BILL! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   ELECTRIC BILLS AVERAGE-$311.00 AVERAGE! We have lived here for 9 months. on a lease we will be moving out this month. They want us to sign another lease or the rent will be raised tho $1480.00! currently $1180.00 w/ an additional $60 for a garage. Management changes a lot. Overall, it is very clean, Huge apartments, Hence the big bills.They said the apartment was 1500 sq foot, found out they were counting the 250 foot balcony in that figure. But they are nice, car never been broken in to either.
