Overall a great experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have read the reviews and am confused by the tenants having their rent hiked up. When we moved in, we got two months free rent pro-rated over the course of our entire 9 month lease. This brought the rent on our 1100 square foot, 2 bed/2 bath apartment to $755 a month! When we renewed our lease 9 months later, they renewed it for 14 more months at the exact same $755/month and even gave us $500 off our rent for the first month of that lease. I agree that the management has been troublesome at times. When we moved in, our upstairs neighbors were crazy loud and when we complained to them, they threatened us. I then complained to management and they implied that it must be our problem because those people had never had any other complaints. About a half an hour later I received a very apologetic phone call, because it turned out the noisy neighbors had never had any tenants living below them before (therefore....no complaints!). Those neighbors have moved out, though and we have had NO problems since. We love it! And we have had no hot water problems, even when we have friends in from out of town.
