Great Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have lived here 3 yrs and have never had a problem. I dont really understand people think management has changed. To my knowledge the manager has been the same for many years. Management is very caring and the maintanance staff is great. I have never had hot water issues and would recommend anyone to live here. I have had slight rent increases but nothing major the most has been $50.00. Coming from Arizona thats nothing... The apartments are nice and clean unlike the majority of the "Luxury" apartments in the area.
