Very large, nice apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   These are very nice, comfortable apartments and we have really enjoyed it thus far. They are safe and quiet for the most part. The only complaint we have had is that our downstairs neighbor thinks we walk too loud. Basically, if you have children, try to live on the first floor because I don't think there is enough padding to keep down the noise when kids are running around and playing. However, be careful about living in the apartments on the corners of the main streets (walbridge and cornell) because there are a lot of noisy cars in the mornings.
