Not worth the price

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Build and layout just like any other apartment in the area, but much much more expensive. Had massive noise problems from neighbors with massive music bass vibrating the floor and walls. Calls to office staff never resulted in any improvements. Politely talked to neighbors, but later on got cussed at from their balcony. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
