Cortland Village

Completely Unprofessional!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I dont live here, but I had toured there thinking it was still a Fairfield Prop. I had been wanting to move to Cortland Village as soon as my lease was up at another apt complex. When I finally had a chance to move I find out it is a new company. Instantly when I entered the office I was greeted extremely rudely by Asst Mananger whom seemed to busy to show me an apt. Reluctantly she took me info and took me on the worst tour ever. She was so unprofessional. Half of her tour was bad mouthing the prior company (whom I was hoping was still there) and the other half was bad mouthing the property next door (which I moved into that next week- LOVE IT THERE- Seneca Village) she seemed more interested in telling me how awful everyone else was, when the entire tour she was just proving to me that she SUCKED at her job and has no business having the word Manager attched to her title. Never the less I left that property feeling very upset by their lack of professionalism and moved am thinking about contacting the Fairhousing Admin for some blantaint violations that she comitted. Dont recommend Affinity!
