I've been living at the Cortland Village for about 3 months now and I have absolutely no complaints!!! There were a few minor repairs that had to be done and they fixed them the very next day!! Excellent maintenance staff, very friendly!! Free internet also gives them a plus!! I will surely recommend these apartments!!!! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

You are a member of management. Cortland Village does not offer free internet or anything else for free. The linoleum in my kitchen is peeling back and my maintainance requests have not been answered.

Yes, it does sound fishy.... The internet they are referring to is most likely the computer in the office you have access to. But just looking at the response is silly. I think anyone going through the trouble to post would at least be more descriptive. So if it is not management, then it's just someone who like it and wants neighbors...lol
I live here at the moment and I'll say that the apartments are newer and nice, but yes, you are correct that the staff stinks. But not all the staff mind you. There are a few of the workers that are cool. And one younger gal in the office is really spunky and easy going. But other than the handful the rest stink. Rent here IS expensive as far as I can tell. I will be moving when lease is up unless they offer me a really good deal. As far as noise, theres not much you can do but hope you have good neighbors."Pancake apartments" are for people who will mingle more and have a high tolerence. I guess we should be happy its not one of those "row houses" and we own it with a neighbor next store doing the same stuff huh? lol. Life is silly but what can you do. I just hope I can afford property soon.....

I totally agree with you!!!!
I wrote the positive review for these apartments a couple months ago and I regret deeply what I wrote, I have seen a decline in the management, what happened to the old ones??? it took me a while to realize they were gone... Oh well if they decide to raise my rent when I renew my lease I am definitely moving out!!! Any suggestions for nice 2bd/2bth???? I am currently paying $820 ....Sorry again!!!
