1. agree with previous posting that there have been 3 changes of management since June '05. 2. also agree with previous posting that the new and the current managers (as of 4/'06) is less effective and proficient than the two previous managements. the latest observation is that they are trying to improve, over time, they may match previous quality of service, don't know yet at this time. 3. don't think this apartment is overpriced. i have surveyed the area myself, Palladia is definitely more expensive, Seneca Village on the next block is about $100-$200 more (i am in a 1 BR unit). there are a few other apartments in this area and may be cheaper but the quality of the facility is not comparable. i feel the best comparable comparison is Seneca Village. lastly, i am surprised to read some previous postings that they find apartments cheaper to the tune of a few hundred dollars (a few = $300- or more). i doubt if this is true, it is apple vs. apple. 4. noise. my noise complaints are my neighbors. mostly foot noises from the level above me. i checked, the person living above me is an overweight person (well, majority of people in this area are) and i can't tell her to lose weight LOL. then the nose is the music from my neighbor. not very much into rock and she played lots of rocks. having said that, the music problem is not frequent, may be once or twice a week. other than this, the area is quite nice as most people leave for work during the day and go to bed early. so, really not much noise.
