Getting a P.O. Box

I went to check the mail this evening and noticed that someone really went to town on the mail boxes between last night when I checked the mail and tonight when I got the mail.
You can visibly see what looks like screw driver marks. You can also visibly see how the entire section of mail boxes is bowed out from someone pulling on it. One mail box door #627 is barely hanging on. Other doors are missing completly. You can see that the person tried to get into the outgoing mail slots as well.
The main gate to the mail box area still does not shut properly. I had to push on the gate 3 times before the lock actually clicked.
Because of this ongoing, unresolved issue, I am going to the post office tommorow and having my mail re routed to a PO Box until this security issue is finally taken care of. Pretty sad when you cant even get the mail where you live.
With the garbage issue and the constant problem with the mail, I dont see how lease prices wont be going down soon as Cortland is starting to become like a NOPO complex. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

garbage is picked up 2 times a week AFAIK... and it should be picked up more frequently and on MONDAYS as people clean out/throw garbage on weekends mostly.
the office or management company IMO wont do a thing unless several of us make some noise.

The garbage was eventually taken out on Tuesday July 2nd. So realistically that means that the garbage was allowed to pile up from Thursday seeing as it was already full on Friday, until Tuesday. Looks more like the garbage is taken out once a week.

Cry me a river! Maybe the residents should try to produce less garbage. I mean, this is supposed to be one of the most environmentally friendly states and yet we produce six bags a week? Stop wasting and there won't be a problem!
