Total Rip OFF From: seandigger Date posted: 6/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Corland village is a Rip off, People Please be aware. but i guess people never listen. I lived there for a year and decided to move out becuase their new management people SUCK, and their maintenance people too. I went back after a month from moving out to ask about my deposit , so her comes the manager with a shoe face telling me that i own them 600$ for cleaning fees :-O , i mean i cleaned the whole apartment and the kitchen, i clean the whole place and now they are telling me that there are chips and burns in the carpet , and they had to paint the whole place which didnt even have a single spot on the wall. so they think they are smart, buy am smarter, before moving in 15 minutes i took my video camera and taped every singel peice of the apartment which carries the proof, so am gona be handling that the "LAW" way :x. Just dont live there.
