AT FRST SHES ALL NICE TO YOUR FACE, BUT ITS ALL AN ACT...WHAT FAKE PERSONALITY!!! AND WHEN SHES HAVING A BAD DAY SHE TAKES IT OUT ON THE RESIDENTS!!! WHO WANTS THAT'''

I agree with the pervious poster. The management is hell and hard to work with. They are sometimes even rude. They always give an impression that they are trying to con you into something. Lynn and others are total -----. The best managment this Apt Complex had were Affinity, but unfortunately they only lasted few months. Fairfield was a sucker too.

Management has gone downhill IMO. Thats what you get from an East coast corp. It's sad, but people moving in will either like it or hate it. I think it will affect each person different. Some people rent and never look at the details, others are fed up with getting shafted. Either way, if the complex wants to keep teneants they should at least try to make them happy. The last management team that was here was flexable and fun. This new batch are all paperwork and cold. Too bad really. No matter, there are plenty of places to live and if they so choose to loose tenants, so be it. I will not be staying much longer unless there is positive change. That is a fact.

I used to live in Orenco Village which Lynn used to manage. They brought us in under strict rules that made the place a nice place to live for everyone. I found the management to be firm when they needed to be. And I LIKED IT. They never forced me to do anything. IN FACT, I'm considering moving to Cortland BECAUSE Lynn is there. So beware partiers... I don't like you already and I'm coming for you.
