People on here that intentionally rip on Lynn need to get a life. Do you have nothing better to do than to personally attack someone you lease from' What other Manager do you know of that would lock up her entire office to go check on a resident who was really sick (because her leasing agent was at lunch). Or make payment arrangements with residents when they are having a hard time making ends meet' In this business there are times you need to be firm with people or you will get run over. Lynn runs a tight ship only because she cares about her staff and her property.
