We live here and wish we didn't. This place is a joke. The biggest liar in the office is -------. Forget about ---- (we actually LIKED her), ------- thinks she is the hottest thing on the block and will hit on any man within a 50 mile radius. When she was a "leasing agent", she would tell you whatever you wanted to hear to make you sign the lease. She LIED about alot of things.

If you are considering living here, consider that in the fall/winter, your bedroom will be moldy and you will probably have to replace your mattress and bedding. Don't have your children in one of the bedrooms, because they will get sick. We had to wipe MOLD off of the entire window pane. It is disgusting!

They will continually harass you about stupid things (such as parking 1/4" over the line in an unassigned spot), or how many packages you receive in a month. Don't have guests because they will get harassed. They will invade every part of your life, but they don't care if your neighbors are criminals. They let the scum of the earth get away with whatever they want, but if you complain about their behavior, YOU get the shaft.

There is an employee from another leasing company that works here...I've met her. I viewed one of her "properties" before I leased here. I wouldn't trust a word she says. Suffice it to say that I know ALL about her, and she is not to be trusted.

You obviously have a personal vendetta against the people working at the property. Did she steal your boyfriend or something? If you hate it so much why wouldn???t you just move?

Get a life. Personal Vendetta? I have a feeling that I know exactly who this person is talking about. If I am correct, it is the fugly brunette with the bulldog-like underbite, no? She hit on me in front of my fiancee. Stupidly, we signed a lease, only to watch this whale beach herself at the pool this summer scantily clad in front of our child. She b*tched out another resident for having a beer at the pool, but "partied" right next to us with her anorexic friend who had a 12 pack.

Dear: From an actual Tennant It's obvious that you wrote this review and posted the comment on 08/30/08. I think I know exactly who you are since you are my neighbor. I too am an actual tenant and am very happy here, the staff is great and I haven't had any mold. I do know that if you don't clean on a regular basis and let water condensation build up in your window sill you might get mold though. I would suggest you spend more time cleaning and less time personally attacking people that work in the office. I have seen the girls in the office and they are all very hot. I know that you are very ugly and overweight and your fianc?? is also plus he has a lazy eye. I really doubt any of those hot girls are after your man. From what I have seen all of your comments are lies!
