I too am an actual tenant... From: hightechman Date posted: 11/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   These reviews are ridiculous. I have lived here for awhile and there were many things that I could not stand concerning the last staff. I have been in to pick up some packages and did notice that everyone was smiling which is a new thing. I also was walking my dogs early one morning and the top gal, who I believe to be the new manager, pulled up, got out of her car, said Hi with a smile and even pet the dogs as she had 2 big black bags stuffed with paperwork over her arms, then I saw her pick up what looked like trash off the ground before going in the side door to the office. That too is something that I never observed from the previous office staff. I think that the property looks nice and even saw some new landscape company working on the place today. I am all for giving this new manager and her team an opportunity to improve things around here. The saying goes it starts at the top and if the rest of the staff is like the gal that said hi, had great customer service, and valued the property by picking up the trash, then we are all in good hands.
