Overall this is a good place with usual apartment issues of paper-thin walls, water leakages and drips,etc. But for the price you pay here, after new management took over, you can find better quality and service. The other reviews are correct in several aspects - the garbage gets piled up (check on monday mornings!), they are remodelling but check the darn rent!, and finally, the utility bills are way up... (water/sewage/trash).

I am ready to get out of here.....with more rentals coming up in Orenco/seneca village at same or cheaper prices....

you go ahead and check those other apartments- they are ALL going up! its worth it to pay the extra money for the location itself - if you don't like it go to Beaverton it costs less but it might be more of a drive.

I am the property manager and my team far excedes the last property management group. We take pride in our community and deliver superior customer service on a daily basis. The trash cans are full on Monday mornings as the weekend has passed and most people move in on the weekends and dump thier trash, but we ALWAYS have the dumpsters emptied first thing every monday morning. Our rates are very compatible with the Orenco Market, and you get what you pay for. We are the only community in the market that offers a condo like home with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous cabinetry, crown molding, 18x18 inch tile kitchen floor, walk in closets, travertine bath countertops, and much more..We are ahead of the times in the Orenco market, and offer a home rather than an apt. The utility bills are much less in the apt home than an actual house. The city does increase thier rates on a yearly basis and we have no control of this. I am sorry that you feel that you have to leave, we do treasure all of our residents and would love to speak with you about your concerns.
