That blackness on the bottom of your bookcase is most likely mold. (Unless you know for a fact you burned it?)

agreed with the review above, this is big time rip-off, too thin walls. I am in my restroom and I can hear the washer/dryer of the neighbor across frm me (there is a corridor in the middle!)

do people not understand that the city decides what to charge for water and sewer. The apartments dont have control over that. Some people will find anything to complain about. Even if they caught the rat in a live trap what do you think they would have done with it... Set it free in the forest, no they would have killed it.

This is not even our property. This picture is a picture of something else, another property, another home,etc... We have had these kind of pranks placed on our ads recently as we offer a wonderful product that is new to the market and intimidating to others.
