I see all these bad ratings I can pick out all the bad things anywhere I go. But since I have been here I see the maintenance guys always working hard. The new maintenance supervisor Jimmie is always so kind and nice I see him always doing things unlike the old guy that was here before. The office manager is a doll all my Experiences have been good and I do see a change for the good.

p.s the garbage pics are like that when people move I have seen people load them all up and leave them but the guys always empty them....
