I must say that I have been very disappointed with the new leasing management. I do have to say that the new maint. staff is found to be nice, but that is it. I think that there is way to many changes going on with trying to get all the apartments updated within a certain time frame and because of this, the new apartments are not as nice as one would think with all of the advertisement that goes on for them. I have been in a few of the new updated apartments and it is sloppy sloppy work. Light fixtures hung but not leveled, granite tile is done sloppy and doesn't look like it has been prepped properly against water around the sink, and the finishes are NOT stainless steel. Totally false advertising.
I am also sick of all the trash and dog feces everywhere. It is disgusting! You can't even walk around the complex without seeing or smelling garbage or dog feces. Yuck! I found the last management to be a lot more real and willing to talk to you if there was a problem. They never brushed you aside or ignored your calls like this management does. It is a shame that so many people that I know have come to visit, interested in renting,and have actually been turned off by the fake welcoming and attitude of the managment now. I would NOT let any of my friends rent here without warning them first about the attitudes of the current managment staff. I can't wait to move!
P.S. the price to live in the old style apartment without any new updates is so high! I could live downtown for only 200.00 more with the same amenities.
