I was reading all of the opinions and think this is totally out of whack. Everyone who lives in a apt knows about this site and if you read others they all have reviews that really are not helpful if you are looking for a place to live. I have lived here for 2 years now. I am a single guy that came from a high end apt place downtown and really like the orenco area. I like that I get a parking space for no extra money a month. I also have had the maint crew over and they fixed my problems. I have seen the new manager twice once getting into her car and the other inside the office, and she smiled at me both times and said hello, not rude. She is also hot (sorry I am just giving my opinion). The people seem to be very nice. My apt is big and has a large living room which works for me cause I have a big TV. The outside patio is also nice and the kitchen is large enough so when I have people over we arent bumping into each other.I work across the street at Intel and so the commute is short. I will probably stay for at least another year.

I totally agree. I have lived here for two years now and this is my first posting here. I have read over all these postings over the years and they are mostly BS. You live in an apartment and there are some things you have to deal with overall this is a nice place to live. The people in the office are nice, the workers seem nice too. I love my apartment and the staff even gave me new paint and new blinds for renewing my lease this month.
I will stay until I end up buying a house.
