OK like the last person wrote the manager is so very fake she is rude . I went into the office to get a cup of coffee and get the papers to renew my lease the office that is caddy corner from the coffee pot is the managers .She was in there yelling and talking down to the maintenace guy. I could not beleave what I heard her say to him as if he was 10 years old. The reason I was shocked is because I always see this guy working so hard around the property. This is the same guy that always say's Hi to me. I am thinking twice before I will renew my lease now if thats how she treats her staff how will she treat her tenets. So if you can find a nicer place for less money I would go for it because this Manager sucks. If this place had a better office staff then it would be fine but as it is right now I will have to say NO WAY STAY AWAY.........

Hmm interesting that you were renewing your lease but you tell everyone to stay far far away. It must not be that bad right?

I know the manager and this is false as she would not be in the position that she is in if she yelled at her staff. This sounds like someone that is wanting to hurt her.

Not everyone that lives here lives here because they want to. We stupidly signed a lease here two years ago. We went to move, and the office staff gave us a bad reference "in error". When asked to amend their bad reference, they did....but the other rental agency that they gave the bad reference to had already put it into a rental database. I couldn't get anyone to lease to me! All because of an "error" made when CV was called for a reference. I pay my rent on time, I have not had any issues, and I was shocked at the story that was given to the prospective new landlord. They did admit that it was a mistake, but it was not resolved in time for me to find a new home. I am stuck here for the balance of another lease because of a paperwork error in their office. To be fair, this happened right before Tonya Kay took her position. I'm not sure who in the office made the mistake, but it cost me and my family dearly.
