I have to agree with the posting I have seen I moved into an upgraded apartment that had the stainless, fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher that the manager showed us she said it was quit and talked so highly about this unit I think her name was tonya .Come to find out thier not stainless and it is far from quit with what sounds like street racers all night long going by. Every time I call to talk to her she is always in a meeting or out of the office nobody will answer my questions . When I asked for the number to corprit no one in the office has it . I am scared to check the mail because of the strange cars that just drive through and never park. I got a notice on my door about the sealing of the driveways well so i moved my car so they could do it. They didnt do it on the day they said it would be done and my car was towed. I came out of my apartment and my car was gone I was so mad I called the office and they said it had been towed around the corner well my car had scratches on it that were not there before hand. needless to say I'm not to happy with this comunity and we will be moving out as soon as our lease is up. With the amount that they are charging you can get a house with real stainless.

First of all - what do you mean the appliances are "quit?" Do you mean quiet? I have seen the upgraded units and they are beautiful. I am a resident who moved in before the renovations so I don't have an upgraded apartment, but I would love to live in one of those. I just don't want to take the time to move right now. As far as the parking lot re-sealing. There was a schedule sent out in advance - giving exactly the areas which were to be done by date. They did the work exactly when they said they would and it was your responsibility to move your car. You are lucky they moved it around the corner and did not have to pay to retrieve it from a towing yard. They had the right to do that but as a courtesy did not. They also were kind enough to find you a carport to park in during the day yours wasn't available (if you bothered to read your notice). You should be ashamed of yourself for lying.

Did you see the unit before you moved in? Probably. So why are you complaining now? The last comment is correct the notices were posted. I got one and saw them on other doors too.

*I* should be ashamed of myself for lying? Maybe YOU should be ashamed of yourself for being too lazy to put a notice on my door.

This poster was not the only person not to have been notified of the resurfacing. I can count at least 8 people that I've talked to that did not receive the notice. After this incident, I feel that my family has been unfairly singled out by the management. (I will not go into detail here, but suffice it to say that my attorney is quite aware of the situation). The bottom line is that you should be able to feel comfortable in your own home. We do not feel comfortable here. We want to be left alone to live our lives, but that is impossible given that the management is in everyone's business 24/7. We are not violating any rules, we pay our rent on time, and we are quiet. All we ask is to be left alone to live in peace, and to receive proper notice when construction work is being done. I have no problem moving my cars if I am given notice. I have no reason to lie about this- I was not given notice.
