I am in the industry and reside at Cortland Village. I too moved into an upgraded apt and am pleased with the results. The manager, Tonya immediately sent me a letter stating who she was and who her staff was with numbers as to how to get ahold of her, and she also included her email address. I tested this out when I did need to have something addressed in my apt, not only did she respond back immediately but the issue was taken care of the same day by a Chris who left me a note. Then I recieved a follow up email from her wanting to make sure that everything was handled. In reading the last few postings, it sounds as if someone has it out for the manager, this could be someone that is falsely posting adds, or from my experience in the industry it could even be competition. So as you read please be aware of these things. I am overall very pleased with the attention that I have recieved here at cortland village and am pleased with my apartment.

it's funny that ALL this last "good coments" are anonymous...The truth is, this placed changed hands severall times in a year or two - signs of deep troubles, that surface in the management - and show how litle they are investing towards the confort of EXISTING tenants. The place got worst since last year
