I have been a resident for almost 3 years now and have seen horrible management team after worse management team try and run this place and fail misserably! There is always trash around the complex. My mail box has been broked into more than 2 times and have had personel information stolen. The staff is less than friendly and mostly just want to charge you for things they didn't take care of, and up your rent everytime your lease is up to be renewed. I have never had any kind of upgrade made to my apartment, and my rent goes up each year. I have never been given anything as a 'thank you' for being a loyal renter, but now we will be looking for somewhere else to live. You can tell by how many NUMEROUS units are available to rent, that there is something seriously wrong with the experience that is given. Certinly not Luxury!!!! Oh, and i hope you do not enjoy privacy. Because there will be a reason every month or so that they need to come into your unit and 'inspect'.
