I was initially impressed by this place when I got a tour of an apartment before deciding to move in. I got one of the "upgraded" apartments, which cost more, and at first glance it seems great. Granite countertops, wood floors, supposedly "stainless steel" appliances. But upon closer inspection, I was not so impressed. I was the first person to live in this unit since it was upgraded. The work that was done was sloppy and incomplete. There was paint all over outlet covers and lightswitch plates, paint on the tiles around the tubs, holes in the wall next to a couple of the light switches, a broken shelf in master walk-in closet, broken screen door, a big hole in the pantry wall---just to name a few!! When I moved in, my dishwasher didn't work, the ceiling fans didn't work, and the hoses on my washing machine had been screwed up. I made a complete list of all of this, the broken stuff and the sloppy work I was not happy with, and turned it all in to the office with the assurance that it would be handled in a timely manner. Hah!!! I only lived here for 3 months due to the loss of a job, and do you know when they finally got my dishwasher and fans fixed'' A couple of days before I moved out!!!! I repeatedly called and called and called to have this stuff fixed while I was there. They would say someone would be there by the end of the day, and no one would ever come. And of course when you call the office they always have some excuse. In addition to all of this, the garbage areas were pig stys. They were routinely overflowing with trash all over the ground. You had to wade through dirty diapers and other garbage just to get to the dumpster! So if you're thinking of moving here, DON'T!!
I hope this saves people the trouble of finding all this out firsthand. Look elsewhere. Don't be fooled by a seemingly nice "luxury" apartment.
