I've been living in Cortland for nearly 3 months now & am very happy thus far with my experience. The office staff who I have dealt with, Jay & I believe her name is Sarah have been great, super friendly and very inviting. Especially Jay. Anywho, when I first moved in, some stuff still hadn't been installed, & I guess due to miscommunication, it did take maintenance about a week to fix it, however, I've had two other maint. orders since then, both of which were fixed the same or next day... so that got the initial sour taste out of my mouth. Overall it's very quiet community and my neighbors are friendly, I love the apartment. Noise is well controlled, you can barely if at all hear next door or upstairs...Except, on hot nights where you have your window open, so do the upstair people and they should really, really, not advertise their love for eachother all through the parking lot. It was funny tho. My ONLY qualm is that they're in the process of painting the complex a dark brown and dark blue & I personally am more in favor of lighter colors for apartment complexes. Ah well, ce la vie. Great place to live.

We are so happy you are enjoying your experience with us. Please make sure the office staff has your current email address so you can put your input anonymously into our twice a year resident survey. This feedback helps us tremendously by allowing us to focus on areas that need improvement. P.S. If your neighbor is still making noise at night like you mentioned, let us know and we will casually let them know their neighbors can hear them... they probably don't know and probably don't want their neighbors hearing them. :)
