Cortland Village has an excellent location. You cannot go wrong here. You have the whole spectrum of stores ranging from Winco, Costco, Walgreens to Joanne, Kohl's, Streets of Tannasbourne within 5-10 minutes of driving/walking distance. If you work at Intel's Ronler Acres campus, it is a 10-15 minutes walk.

The apartments are not bad themselves. The newer, renovated apartments are especially nice. The only reason I moved out of this place was the rude management. As it turns out, they'd rather have new residents occupy the apartments at a higher rent than the older residents. The whole "High Customer Satisfaction" advertisement that they show is a load of baloney. The place is run by insensitive women who have major PMS issues.

Don't get me wrong, this is a nice place to live if you take the management out of the picture. But we all know that you simply cannot take the management out of the picture. Too bad...
