The construction on the place is pretty quality. The back decks aren't super since they aren't covered (but that's not a make-or-break deal).
The staff is friendly as all get-out, and the two very small maintenence requests I had were fixed within HOURS not days. They keep the place clean and comfortable. They even did leaf-blowing on the roof to get the needles off to reduce fire hazard as well as gutter clogging!
My only complaint is the walls are somewhat thin. My upstairs neighbor complained about me because I left my bathroom fan on' Well, maybe he's just new to apartment living. He's sort of a dork anyways.
