I've been here almost a year. They changed the smoking policy mid lease. I don't smoke, but I have guests who do. My guests have to go out to the carport to smoke, they can't smoke out on my patio. When I moved in I asked about their smoking policy and they told me they didn't have one and it wouldn't change. Neighbors are noisy. The yard maintenance doesn't get done nearly enough. When the maintenance folks came to clean out the dryer vents they left all of the residual fluff outside in the front of my unit and never did clean it up.

Other than that, its okay. The office staff are very friendly and they do get to repairs right away.

Are you the people who consistently have guests and they leave their cigarette butts anywhere they happen to be smoking in or near the carports or garages? Please, pick up after yourselves. And if the smoking policy bothers you that much, move. This is a business for the owners, after all, and they can do what they see fit. And noisy neighbors? Maybe you should address that with the office staff, they have always been receptive to us when we have had any issues. And yes we do live here. Have for several years.
