Excellent place to call home

I ve lived here for over two years in a 3-bedroom. It s one of the best apartments I ve lived in (and I ve lived in many from Oregon to Boston and in between). Rent has not increased for me since I ve been here. The pros are a friendly office staff; timely maintenance; very clean on move-in; and large bedrooms, bathrooms, cupboards, decks, and closets with lots of light. It s family friendly and yet quiet enough for singles. The managers expect you to LIVE in the apartments; they allow you to paint and hang pictures. There are large open green spaces which make the complex feel like a park. I sometimes hear children playing, but it s otherwise quiet. The forest and pathways behind the complex are wonderful for walking. It s close to shopping, the train, bus stops, PCC, and local areas for work. It s also close to highway 26. On the negative side: the carpet isn t of high quality, and the appliances are very loud. Although there is ample parking, you do have to watch closely for children darting between garages. I wish a covered space came with the rent, but that s only $15 a month, so not a big deal.
