We've lived here about a year and a half now and have had little to no trouble with anything in the apartment. I have never heard a neighbor in any off hours and barely in any daytime hours either. I haven't had to deal with the staff too much since there really haven't been any issues to report or maintenance to request, but the staff have been friendly when I do see them when I pick up packages in the office, etc. The apartment is quiet, clean and safe. We were able to personalize our space at no cost (aside from the paint itself) with our own paint colors for the walls because the management here actually repaints after every tenant, unlike many shadier places out there, cutting corners. The nearest MAX station is definitely walkable to Quatama station, but it is over a mile to get there. For the non-walker there is a park and ride lot there, though, which is nice, especially if you've got luggage.
My only slight complaints are the parking is a little sparse in front of our building, but others seem to have better space. Also, the noise level where we're situated isn't serene, as we are right on the corner getting traffic noise from John Olsen Avenue and Cornell. The windows are also the long side-sliding type which aren't fully conducive to adding air conditioning. It could use a little more storage space aside from an amazing amount of kitchen and bath cabinets, but we're making do with what we've got.
Overall, great place to live and the many pros far outweigh the minor cons. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
