Hampshire Downs Apartments

Two Thumbs Up!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   This is a clean, well maintained apartment complex! We loved living here!!! We had a 1 bedroom townhouse and enjoyed living in it! Nice floorplans and W/D's come standard with each apartment! The pools and rec room are always clean, and I feel safe doing laps morning or night in the lap pool. Courteous tenants to chat with and Carol/Noel in the office kick ass! They hooked us up with the move in, and assisted in a smooth move out (although sorry we left..went to BeaverRidge in Beaverton and hated EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!! see reviews there!!) All in all, I felt completely safe in this complex, in an excellent neighborhood and I never witnessed any suspicious activity as with other apartment complexes! This is the best apartment,my boyfriend and I had ever stayed in we're just sorry we didn't just stay there until the purchase of our home! Two thumbs up!!!
