Hampshire Downs Apartments

From: fiji932 Date posted: 9/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003   Lived at HD for over five years. When I moved out the management inspected my apartment giving it an all clear, even stating "did you ever live here'" A few weeks later I received a notice from the carpet cleaning crew that said they had removed a "large red stain." There was no red stain, not even a tiny red stain! Rather, the carpet had faded around where the TV sat for five years and looked a little pinkish because of the fading. Also, I had a few great neighbors over the years, courteous, quiet, and reasonable. More often than not though the neighbors were loud and disrespectful.
