Hampshire Downs Apartments

Very nice apartment... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I only lived at Hampshire Downs for four months because of a temporary assignment at my job, but I was very happy there and disappointed to move out. Everything in the apartment was relatively new, and it was constructed well. I really liked the 15ft ceiling in the livingroom, although the rest of the apartment only has a 7ft ceiling (this might be different for other floorplans). This didn't really bother me except that it made it tough to get the sofa in and out of the front door. Parking is good - you have your own reserved carport spot plus a private garage for $50/month. It would have been nice if there was an electrical outlet in the garage though. I never heard anything from the neighbors at all, but maybe I just had quiet neighbors. Management and Maintenance were always friendly and professional. BTW the location is perfect if you work at Intel/JF. I really don't have any complaints at all, I will probably move in again if I ever go back to Hillsboro.
