Hampshire Downs Apartments

Nice apartment, But Complaints Fall On Deaf Ears From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I complained a few times about someone keying my car, and the noisy people below me and nothing was ever done, that I know of. Other people in the complex complained as well and Surprize!! Nothing was Done! I did like the layout of the apartment. But the noise, from the people below me and the noise from the airport, would make me think twice about moving in there.
