I lived there for 3 months for an internship (at Intel across the street). Its just about the best possible apartment complex if you work at Jones Farm Intel campus.

I had a lot of trouble initially because I didn't pass a credit check (had a bad landlord in the past who is demanding some ridiculous amount of money). I offered to pay the full amount of the rent for the term of the lease and they STILL didn't go for it. Finally I convinced them to let me have a cosigner, and they agreed. I had an abnormal situation admittedly... but they seemed to follow their "official rules" rather than the "rules of logic" at some points.

The apartment complex is very nice, clean, well kept. The apartment itself was pretty nice, not as spacious as others but decent. I did hear other tenants but I didn't hear too much flushing or anything (we lived on the ground floor). Not too much noise from the airport... its not a commercial airport, maybe a few choppers buzzing by every now and then.
There is a nice pool, and fitness center as well.

Overall I'm satisfied with the place. One complaint tho: the internet is UNBEARABLY slow, at times. If I was staying long term I'd find a way to get actual hi speed.
