maintenance sucks

I had water leaking inside one of my walls. They took a whole day to come look at it. By that time, my carpet was pretty wet. They drilled 3 holes to fix the leak, but then hesitated to fix the carpet. Finally, after repeatedly talking to them, they sent a carpet guy and he found mildew in the pad below the carpet, which he had to replace! Then another whole week passed by before someone came to patch up the holes on one side of the wall. It has been nearly 3 weeks now and there is still a hole on the other side of the wall and the patched up holes haven't been painted and finished yet! They are cheap and won't hire enough maintenance personnel - so they are always backed up. THey also never have enough tools/materials/spares according to a mainenance guy who just left the property to work elsewhere - so most jobs take multiple trips/days lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
