Maintenance is really slow to fix issues, especially of late. Management is not responsive to complaints regarding this at all. And the apts are relatively old, so expect a lot of maintenance problems.

Relatively old? The oldest section of these apartments are only 9 years old. I had an issue with my heater and it was fixed within 3 days. Only reason it took that long is someone had to be called in.
