Cheap apartments with a catch

The apartment was fine. I had no frills but generally was not too bad and the rent was realtively cheap. The biggest problem was the management and maintenence.
Management does not respond to maintenance problems. Many times, I found it easier to perform the repair myself after weeks of trying to get them to take care of it.
They get very arrogant and self righteous if you point out problems. They do not want to improve, or hear feedback. They take the opinion that there are a lot of renters out there and they do not have to keep you happy. They are constantly blaming thier "coporate office" and trying to snowball you with the fair housing act as the reason for thier ineffective management and shortfalls. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
