The cost of the townhomes is too much. Now they are forcing all tennants to have $100,000 of renters insurance to live here, (of which they will sell you by the way) The appartments are poorly insulated for the winters, the noise from the helicopter flight school at Hillsboro Airport drowns out the TV and starts early in the morning...even on Sundays. It is like living in the Gaza strip. You pay water/sewer, and electric. Costs in the winter are high for the electric from poor electric room heaters. I agree with one other person...the office staff really do not want to hear from you if you have a problem.and they will inform you pretty quickly during your complaint that "we can rent out all of these units in a heartbeat you complaining individual" All in all, I'm looking to move before the bad weather is here or a helicopter crashes into my appartment.
