After reading the mixed reviews I am puzzled at the negative reviews. The last reviewer stated that 'they have lowered the requirements for living here' and that is strange because it is governed by Federal Law. They have to rent to anyone who qualifies in accordance with the Fair Housing Act. I find it a very safe place to live and the maintenance staff is amazing in their response time and resolution to any problems I have had, which are minimal. The office staff is outstanding. Noise complaints are addressed immediately and follow up phone calls are made to check and see if the problem has been resolved.

Try shopping around at different complexes, The rent is much higher, the grounds are not kept as nicely and the extras that are included with out rent certainly make it a reasonable price to pay for the apartments.
