I've lived here a little over a year now. Apartment is great.
*PROS
-Great Parking(lots of spaces to go around)
-Quiet(I work nights, so I sleep during the day and even I dont have a problem with noise)
-Maintenance response time is fast(my requests were mainly minimal)
-Management is friendly
-My one bedroom is bigger than most 2 bedrooms(living room, bedroom) and is a great price(I had Plan A)
-Clean
-Free internet(kinda slow, but eh, it's free) and cable
-Heated pool
*CONS
-You could hear water running down the pipes when neighbor flushes, but you get used to it.
-My bedroom has poor insulation. It gets pretty cold fast when you turn off your heater and it takes a while to "warm up".
-Electric bill is very high in the winter months, even when you try not to use the heater much.
-Some of the gym equipment is kinda outdated
