pros
1. I ve lived here for over a year now. The mgt has been good to me.I ve only had a few problems and they ve always fixed it on time.
2. If you are working at Intel JF, it is just a 5 min walk. You wont have to drive
3. free cable and internet
4. washer dryer in unit
5. enough space for one person to live in comfortably
cons :
1. It is noisy. You can hear your neighbors fighting or watching tv, even open and closing doors !!
2. They keep increasing the rent in an economy where the rent is going down everywhere. This is one of the reasons I am moving out
3. There is nothing to do around here. you would have to drive to get to a restarant/ to do groceries.
4. My apt did not have a walk in closet though other units do.
