I should not have to hear someone peeing in another apartment!!! I can hear my upstairs neighbors using the toilet along with the usual upstairs walking around noises. I can hear my next door neighbors doing things like yawning and watching TV with every door and window closed. That's how bad the insulation in the "luxury" apartment is. In the winter this is the most expensive apartment to heat ever because of the lack of insulation.

They keep raising the rent by a lot. The rent is TOO HIGH considering there is no pool, no fitness center, and only a lame "sports court" with a basketball hoop. If you try to play basketball you will get splinters because of the beauty bark all around the court.

Parking spots are so close together that my car has been dinged and dented many times by other drivers. So far I've filed 2 accident claims for other drivers hitting my parked car in the hidden creek parking lot.

Current office manager is nice, but we've had 4 or 5 managers over the last few years, so I don't know how long the current manager will last.
