If you are moving to Hidden Creek Apartment beware. The apartments are beautiful. They are somewhat new and spacious. Just remember that you are paying a lot of rent for absolutely no amenities. There is no pool, no fitness center, no business center, no clubhouse to rent out in case of a large party or get together. There is nothing but the apartment itself and no where near enough parking. About every six months or so, they have a BBQ and that is the extent of their thoughts on community. The rent is raised pretty high every time you go to renew your lease. The office staff is not the most congenial or helpful. I have neighbors that get notices on their doors regarding different things (whether good or bad) just attached without envelopes so that the whole community can know your business. You are "written up" for things just because someone has had a bad day. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do from sneezing, to peeing, to "other things. You can't watch your TV at a normal level because you will have neighbors knocking at your door becuase thier kids can't sleep because it is too loud. And kids in this apartment complex run wild and scream at the top of their lungs for no reason. I know many members, and ex-members, of this so-called community that absolutely hate life at Hidden Creek, but can't leave because the costs to break a lease are so high, but the rent is so high with a lease that month to month just isn't feasible for an average income. They also charge $15.00 for your parking spot. I suggest that you go somewhere that could be more accommodating as a community. The one great thing that I can say about Hidden Creek is that the maintenance team is amazing.
