This complex has its pros and cons for sure.
Pros: The management. You can rarely say that an apt complex has good management but Hidden Creek is different. There are only 3-4 employees in the office and the office manager, Bonnie, is really laid back. I often see her walking around the parking lot picking up garbage. You can have animals, including large dogs, they say 65lbs but the manager said as long as they arent an aggressive breed she doesnt care and ive been plenty of big labs and even a great dane. The layouts. The apt are very very nice. Fire places, large layouts, big master bedrooms, very nice. The living rooms are face away from your neighbor so you cant hear the television or anything unless they are in the bedroom. Quiet, it is a small complex so its usually very quiet at night, which is nice. Cost! i lived at The Verandas at Hazel Grove before moving here and i was living in a 1 bd/1ba 730sq ft paying $815! Then i moved here and i now pay $870 for 2bd/2ba 1000sq ft. At my old comples an apt this large was well over $900. Its like a little community! Last week there was a complex garage sale where you could sell stuff using your car port, it was fun! There's often bbq's and other fun family events.
Cons: No facilities. Theres no gym, no pool, only a little basketball court. BUT there is a fitness/soccer field right next to the complex. parking is aweful, GET A COVERED ASSIGNED SPOT. i have a covered spot and i love it, if you dont have one, good luck. A lot of kids. This is a pro or con depending on the person. but there are A LOT of kids here.
All in all, id recommend Hidden Creek Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
