We lived in the complex from May 2000 to November 2001. The management at the time of move in was great, we had no issues. October 2001 was the end of our 6 month lease, we contacted the office to sign a new lease only to learn there was new management in place. We paid our rent the first of the month and as of the 15th of November the check had not been cashed. I stopped payment on the check and then the management proceeds to cash it and get mad at us - HELLO, 50 days to cash rent is ridiculous. We moved to another complex when they cstarted to raise rents, charge for garbage and water, and seemed to rent to anyone they could. The neighborhood is great but management ruined the complex.
