The Cable flat out sucks. Channel selection is very weak, and picture quality isn't even up to AT&T non-digital standards.

Parking is atrocious.

Pool is summer-only.

Noise isn't bad through the structure, but the people are very inconsiderate about stereos and TV volume when their windows are open.

Kids run around playing tag around cars seemingly unsupervised.
